How to make games play fast in the pcsx2 for dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 3 please help?


i have an hp pavilion AMD Athlon(tm) 64×2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ 994MHz 960 Mb of RAM please help i really want to play the game

    BUDDY TRUST ME, U cant get to run this game on pc as on ps2 until u have a good graphic card cause despite having INTEL DUAL CORE PROCESSOR 2.00 GHz with 1GB ram I myself was not able to play the same game on my pc via PCSX2.I was tired of trying all sorts of configurations but they only helped me a little.
    GRAPHIC CARD IS THE ONLY POSSIBLE WAY.
