How do I get rid of the effects of action replay codes on yugioh world championship 2008?

I put an action replay code into my game and I want to know if there is someway to get rid of it

It depends on the code. If it is a code like winning all the time when starts the duel, you can just put the code again and deactivated.
If u have put a code like finish the game or have all cards, then there is nohthing you can do coz it has been save to the game. The only thing is to find a way to restart the game from the beggining.
