How can a reliable game site actually allow cheats?

when two individuals are competing against one another and one uses a cheat and the other participant suffer harm or damage to his computer afterward, can the game site be held liable for the damage, since you are expecting reliable connection through their service? Or should we do away with the word reliable or trustworthy site?

I was asking myself the other day (while downloading cheats via site), but if it’s any consolation, you don’t have to go to those web sites.

Most online games disallow cheats online (i.e., Empire Earth II or WarCraft III), to make things even.

If cheating is getting to you, you can try playing a game that doesn’t allow such cheats. I will never play game where I’m no in an even ground with my opponents.
