i have a problem with Guitar hero Wireless Controllers.
The problem is i borrowed the Guitar Hero 3 Les Paul and game from my local Video Store, I went home and turned the Xbox on and the controller. The problem was with that it didn’t stop flashing I reset it and put new batteries in and nothing happened? I’m wonedering if i need a charger for the controller or something that i need or i’m not holding the reset button too long ( i held it for about 20 seconds). When we returned it to the store and told them about the problem they said it has never happened before to other people. Please help me fix my problem

Where i live they have televisions in the stores so you just bring your system their and show him what is happening when you set it up.
When u sync the controller u have to press both buttons on the xbox and the controller
Did you sync the controller? you just press it on the xbox and then the controller, when they flash in sync, they are good, you will soon get a light indicagting player slot
