Im going to get a ps3 soon and I dont have a credit card. Is there a way I can download games without using one, like with sony points (sorta lke wii points) or something?

well there are some countries that payment method can be using cash as charge u when u receive the item but in non-supported countries u will have yo use a credit card
in the U.S. you need a credit card.
As of right now Credit Card is the only method of payment for purchases on the Playstion Store. In Japan they have cards much like the Wii point cards and the xbox 360 point cards and I believe soon they’re trying to get them over here.
You dont need a credit card. All you need is a debit card. Pre paid debit cards will work also. Just go to walmart and purchase a pre paid debit card. Put money on the card and you can use it just like a regular credit or debit card. That is how I buy all my downloads off of the playstation network. Just add more money to it as you need it. That way you can keep your real credit card info off of the internet.
